Anta Sports Products Limited is a Chinese company in Jinjiang . It was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of ANTA Co., Ltd. founded in 1991. In 2007 Anta Sports was included in the leading index of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange .
The sportswear company operates the brands ANTA, ANTA KIDS, FILA, FILA KIDS, DESCENTE, SPRANDI, KINGKOW and KOLON SPORT. In December 2018 it was announced that a Chinese consortium led by Anta is taking over 57.95 percent of the shares in Amer Sports for 4.6 billion euros. By March 8, 2019, the proportion was increased to 94.38 percent. Amer Sports is, among other things, the manufacturer of Wilson tennis rackets and Atomic skis.
