Antanas Kriščiukaitis ( Aišbė ; born July 24, 1864 in Paežeriai , Wolost Alvitas , Vilkaviškis district , now Vilkaviškis district , † October 30, 1933 in Kaunas ) was a Lithuanian author, writer , professor , court president of Vyriausiasis Tribunolas .

Biography

Kriščiukaitis attended the elementary school in Paežeriai near Vilkaviškis . From 1876 to 1994 he graduated from the Marijampolė High School and from 1884 studied at the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Petersburg . From 1885 to 1890 he completed law at the University of Moscow .

From 1918 he worked as head of Vyriausiasis Tribunolas. In 1920 he registered the association Lietuvos teisininkų draugija and headed it for 13 years. He was the editor of the legal magazine " Teisė ". From 1923 he taught at the Lietuvos universitetas in Kaunas .

His grave is in the Petrašiūnai cemetery .

He was known as an author under the pseudonym Aišbė .
