Anthony Cecil, 4th Baron Rockley
Anthony Robert Cecil, 4th Baron Rockley (born July 29, 1961 ) is a British peer .
He is the son of James Cecil, 3rd Baron Rockley , from his marriage to Lady Sarah Cadogan, daughter of William Cadogan, 7th Earl Cadogan . He attended Eton College and studied at Cambridge University . When his father died in 2011, he inherited his title of nobility as Baron Rockley .
He has been married to Katherine Jane Whalley since 1988. With her he has two daughters and a son and heir to the title, Hon. William Evelyn Cecil (* 1996).
