Antelope meat

As antelope meat is called meat of various kinds of Bovidae that as antelope are called. In Germany it belongs to the group of exotic types of meat . The meat is firm and low in fat. Compared to venison , its taste is described as stricter, which is why it is often marinated before preparation . In African cuisine , it is used as a general type of meat without restrictions. Antelope meat is also used to make biltong , jerky meat cut into strips .
