Anton Sumerauer

Anton Sumerauer is an Austrian judge .

Sumerauer was a judge at the District Court of Inner City , the District Court for Civil Law Matters in Vienna and finally at the Higher Regional Court in Vienna .

On May 1, 2003, Sumerauer became Vice-President of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and, at the beginning of 2008, President of the court as successor to Harald Krammer . When he took up his post as president, he called for the judiciary to be better staffed.
