Antoni Marian Łomnicki (born January 17, 1881 in Lemberg ; † July 4, 1941 ibid) was a Polish mathematician at the Lviv Mathematician School and a member of the Towarzystwo Naukowe Warszawskie .

Łomnicki studied at the University of Lemberg and in Göttingen . In 1920 he became a professor at the TU Lemberg, where Stefan Banach was his assistant. In 1938 he became a member of Towarzystwo Naukowe Warszawskie. He was shot together with 25 other Polish professors in Lwów on July 4, 1941, shortly after the German invasion .
