The Antony Monastery of Quzhaya ( Aramaic ܩܙܚܝܐ ܐܢܛܘܢܝܘܣ ; Arabic دير مار أنطونيوس قزحيا Dair Mār Antūniyūs Quzhayā , DMG Dayr Mār Anṭūniyūs Quzḥayā ) is a monastery in Lebanon . It is located in the district of Zgharta in the governorate of North Lebanon , 950 meters above sea level and belongs to the Maronite order of the Baladites .

The monastery is dedicated to Saint Anthony the Great and is commonly referred to as Qozhaya Monastery ; Quzhaya is the name of the valley in which the monastery is located; it is part of the wadi Qadisha . Quzhaya is one of the oldest monasteries in Wadi Qadisha. Presumably since the 12th century it was the seat of the Maronite patriarch . In 1584, the first printing press in the Middle East went into operation here.

At the beginning of the 19th century the monastery attained its greatest importance with 300 monks belonging to it . With its extensive holdings , including in Ain al-Baqra and Jedaydeh , it is one of the order's most affluent institutions today.
