The Antsla River ( Estonian Antsla jõgi ) is a 25 km long river in southern Estonia .

The source of the Antsla River is Lõõdla Lake ( Võru County ). It flows into the Väike-Emajõgi river . Its main tributary is the Lambahanna oja stream .

The catchment area covers about 135 km².
