The Anzeiger für die Altertumswirtschaft is a review magazine for all areas of classical studies, which is published at the University of Innsbruck . The publication was started in 1947 by Robert Muth and is continued to this day. Thematically, the magazine is very broad and is also aimed at scientists and practitioners in teaching.

Simon Zuenelli, University of Innsbruck, is currently the publisher of the magazine, succeeding Sebastian Posch and Benno Aukenthaler. The University Publishing House Wagner was responsible for the publication up to issue 70 (2017). Since issue 71/72 (2018–2019), the Anzeiger für die Altarschwissenschaft has been accessible as an open access journal in the digital repository of the Innsbruck University Library .
