Aqqalukasik Kanuthsen

Aqqalukasik Kristian Kanuthsen (born June 12, 1953 in Qaqortoq ) is a Greenlandic politician ( Inuit Ataqatigiit ).

He is the son of the mechanic Hans Kanuthsen and his wife Dorthea Isaksen († 1967). After training in Ringsted , he worked as a technical assistant in Denmark from 1973 to 1981 . In 1981 he became a sheep breeding consultant in Upernaviarsuk . He was for a time chairman of the IA in Qaqortoq. In 1988 he replaced Josef Motzfeldt in the Inatsisartut and remained in parliament until the end of the legislature in 1991.
