Meddelelser om Grønland (MoG; "Mitteilungen über Grönland"; English Monographs on Greenland) was a series of scientific publications by the Commission for Scientific Investigations in Greenland (Danish Commissions for Videnskabelige undersøgelser i Grønland - KVUG). It was founded by Frederik Johnstrup , and appeared from 1879 to 1979. Since then it has been continued as MoG Bioscience , MoG Geoscience and MoG Man & Society , all of which are published in English. The articles were written in Danish, German, English, French. In the series there were also ethnographic reports, such as those by William Thalbitzer (1873-1958) on the Ammassalik - Eskimos in various volumes of the series. The series was first published by Reitzel Verlag in Copenhagen . In 2008 it was taken over by the Museum Tusculanums Forlag (Museum Tusculanums Verlag) of the University of Copenhagen.
