The Arab Ice Hockey Federation was an ice hockey association of the countries or national teams of the Arab world .

history

After the Arab Cup of Ice Hockey was held for the first time in June 2008, the four participating nations Kuwait , United Arab Emirates , Morocco and Algeria decided at the end of 2008 to found a joint association to represent their own interests on an international level and to work together to strengthen each other. The AIHF was supposed to host the Arab Cup of Ice Hockey annually (from 2010 to 2011) , but the events did not take place.

Members

Most recently, the Arab Ice Hockey Federation consisted of the national teams of Algeria , Morocco , Kuwait , United Arab Emirates , Bahrain and Tunisia.
