1931 Winter Workers Olympics

The 1931 International Workers' Winter Olympics took place from February 5th to 8th in Mürzzuschlag , Austria .

Athletes from seven nations took part in the competitions. The Olympics in Mürzzuschlag was the second of three workers' Olympics held in winter before the Second World War. The first Winter Olympics for workers took place in Schreiberhau in Germany as early as 1925. The third and final edition was held in 1937 in Janské Lázně , Czechoslovakia .

In 1931, the second Summer Olympics for workers also took place in Austria. The venue was Vienna.
