Arcanum (music project)

Arcanum is a music project by the Cologne composer Bernd Franz Moritz Braun (* 1959 ) in the genre of electronic music . Arcanum's music style is melodic synthesizer music with very strong influences from the classical Berlin school .

In 1996 Arcanum was voted the third best newcomer of the year in the vibration elections. Together with Detlef Keller and Otarion , Arcanum performed live several times as part of the "Klang-Raum-Wort" event, which was held annually from 1995 to 2004.

Arcanum is under contract with Manikin Records . His 1997 album The Ancient Saga has been compared to the later works of Tangerine Dream .
