Arimantas Juvencijus Raškinis
Arimantas Juvencijus Raškinis (born March 13, 1944 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian biophysicist and former politician .
Life
After graduating from high school with distinction in 1961 at the "Aušros" secondary school in Kaunas, he graduated with distinction in 1967 at the Faculty of Biophysics of the Kauno medicinos institutas . From 1967 was an aspirant at Moscow University and received his doctorate in 1972. From 1971 to 1990 he worked at the research institute in Kaunas. From 1990 to 1992 he worked and taught at the Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas . From 1996 to 2000 he was a member of the Seimas .
