Aristodemus of Nysa the Elder
Aristodemos of Nysa ( Greek Ἀριστόδημος ) was an ancient Greek educator and grammarian from Nysa in Asia Minor .
Aristodemos is only known to us through a mention by Strabo , after which he was an older cousin of Aristodemos of Nysa , active as a grammarian and teacher of Pompey . His brother Sostratos was also a scholar.
