The HK Arlan Kökschetau ( Russian ХК Арлан Кокшетау ) is a Kazakh ice hockey team from the northern Kazakh city of Kökschetau .
history
HK Arlan Kökschetau was founded in 2009 and has been participating in the Kazakh Championship since the 2009/10 season . The biggest successes in the club's history so far were the Kazakh runner-up title in 2014 and winning the Kazakh Cup competition in 2012 and 2013 . In 2018, the team became Kazakh champions for the first time with 4-2 wins in the final series against Nomad Astana . This qualified the team for the IIHF Continental Cup 2018/19 , which he was also able to win.
