Armand Kayser

Armand Kayser (born April 15, 1902 in Echternach (Luxembourg) , † 1968 ) was a Luxembourg administrative lawyer .

Live and act

Armand Kayser was born on April 15, 1902 in Echternach. He completed his studies of law with the promotion for Doctor from the rights. After the end of the Second World War , he led the reconstruction of the social workers' insurance in Luxembourg and was chairman of the old age and disability insurance for many years. He published numerous specialist articles on the subject of labor law at European level; his works have appeared in French, German, English and Spanish.

In the 1950s he made trips to the United States , Mexico and Canada . He was married to Marie Thomé (1901–1987), who sometimes accompanied him on his travels. In 1960 the couple lived at 56 Avenue Guillaume in Luxembourg City.

In 1959 he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit with a Star .

In 1967, Kayser retired and died a year later at the age of 66.
