Arminius (magazine)
Arminius (named after the Cheruscan prince Arminius ) was a national revolutionary magazine during the Weimar Republic . The Arminius was the successor magazine of The Standard. Weekly of the new nationalism . As editor firmierte Helmut Franke . Ernst Jünger was one of the co-editors at times . It was published weekly from January 23, 1926 to September 11, 1927. The subtitle was Kampfschrift für Deutschen Nationalisten , and the newsletter of the Frontkriegerbund was included as a supplement. The magazine was based in Munich, Kurfürstenstrasse.
The Arminius saw himself as

A new nationalism was propagated in the magazine , for which the experiences of the First World War were particularly influential, but which differs from the anti-Semitic term used by the National Socialists . In addition to Ernst Jünger, Friedrich Georg Jünger and Friedrich Hielscher were among the authors .
