Arnaud Sutchuin Djoum (born May 2, 1989 in Yaoundé ) is a Cameroonian - Belgian football player .

Career

society

Djoum began with club football in the youth department of RSD Jette and later moved to the youth team of FC Brussels . Here he was integrated into the professional squad in 2006 and completed twelve league games in his first season. RSC Anderlecht signed him for the new season . After a season and without a league game, he left this club and moved to the Dutch club Roda Kerkrade . Here he established himself as a regular player and was under contract for the next five years.

In the summer of 2014 he moved to the west Turkish first division club Akhisar Belediyespor . After half a season he left this club again. From February to May 2015 he played in Poland for Lech Posen before Djoum signed a contract with Heart of Midlothian from the Scottish Premiership in September of the same year . After four years in Scotland, he moved to Al-Raed FC in Saudi Arabia .

National team

Djoum played for both the Belgian U-17 and U-20 national teams . In September 2016, he played for the Cameroon national football team in the qualifying game for the 2017 African Football Championship against the Gambian national football team . He also took part in the 2017 African Cup of Nations and was able to win the title here with the team.
