Arnljot Nyås (born May 14, 1916 - July 16, 1995 ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Nyås, who started for the IL i BUL Oslo, won the bronze medal over 18 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lake Placid in 1950 . He also achieved 14th place over 50 km there. At Norwegian championships he won in 1950 and 1951 with the relay of IL i BUL Oslo. In 1947 and 1948 he was third over 50 km.
