Arno Jahner

Arno Jahner (born December 25, 1946 in Neumünster ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Jahner reached secondary school and did an apprenticeship as a pastry chef . He studied social management and was then an administrative clerk in the armed forces as well as facility manager and authorized signatory .

In 1979 Jahner became a member of the SPD. In 1980 he became district leader in Faldera and in 1985 a member of the council . In 1990 he became a member of the magistrate , from 1990 to 1994 he was head of the health department , member of the main committee and health policy spokesman for the city of Neumünster. From 2000 to 2005 he sat in the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein , directly elected in the state constituency of Neumünster .
