The constituency of Neumünster (constituency 11) is a state parliament constituency in Schleswig-Holstein . The constituency covers the entire county-level city Neumünster and the community Boostedt that the Boostedt-Rickling in Segeberg belongs. It was number 14 until 2009 and number 12 in 2012.

In addition to electoral district winner Wolf-Rüdiger Fehrs (CDU), who was able to take back the mandate after five years of the SPD, his predecessor Kirsten Eickhoff-Weber was elected via the SPD's state list. The candidate of the Greens, Aminata Touré, whose position eleven was initially insufficient for a mandate, moved up to the state parliament on June 29, 2017 after Monika Heinold resigned her mandate after being reappointed finance minister.
