The state constituency of Pinneberg-Nord (constituency 23) is a state electoral district in Schleswig-Holstein . Its area includes the cities of Barmstedt and Quickborn , the municipalities of Bönningstedt , Hasloh , Helgoland and Rellingen , which are free of charge , and the offices of Hörnerkirchen , Pinnau and Rantzau . It therefore covers the northern and eastern district of Pinneberg and the island of Helgoland. In 2012 the numbering was changed from 26 to 23 and in 2017 to 22 as part of the reallocation.
In addition to long-time constituency member Peter Lehnert, who has been a member of parliament for the CDU since 1992, the direct candidates of the Greens, Erika von Kalben, and the FDP, Annabell Krämer, were elected to the state parliament via the state lists of their parties.
