The Landtag constituency of Norderstedt (constituency: 28, until 2009: 31) is a Landtag constituency in Schleswig-Holstein . It includes the city of Norderstedt , the municipalities of Kattendorf , Kisdorf , Oersdorf , Wakendorf II and Winsen from the Kisdorf office and the Tangstedt municipality belonging to the Itzstedt office . Apart from the latter, it belongs to the Stormarn district , all municipalities of the constituency are in the Segeberg district .
