The constituency of Kiel-Ost (constituency 14) is a Landtag constituency in Schleswig-Holstein . The constituency includes part of the state capital Kiel. The constituency boundary is described as follows:

"Starting at the boundary line of constituency 14 on the southern bank of the Hörn along the waterline of the east bank of the port of Kiel in a northerly direction to the city limits to the municipality of Mönkeberg , following the eastern and southern city limits to the boundary line of constituency 14, following this back to the starting point on the southern bank of the Hörn. "

From 1992 to 2005 Kiel-Ost was the constituency of Heide Simonis .
