Heiko KL Schulze

Heiko KL Schulze (* 1954 in Mülheim an der Ruhr ) is a German art historian and monument conservator , and from June 2011 to June 2013 Secretary General of the Schleswig-Holstein State Association of the Pirate Party Germany .

biography

After graduating from high school in 1973 , Schulze studied art history , classical and medieval archeology as well as urban and spatial planning at the universities of Cologne, Tübingen and Bonn, where he received his doctorate in 1981 with a dissertation on the Rommersdorf Abbey . He then worked for two years as a research assistant at the Westphalian State Museum . From 1984 to 1986 he was involved in a research project of the Volkswagen Foundation in Hamburg (Sepulchral Culture on the Ohlsdorf Cemetery ), since then he has been employed at the State Office for Monument Preservation Schleswig-Holstein , Kiel, since 2010 as a specialist in urban monument preservation, since November 2017 retired .

Political commitment

Schulze joined the Pirate Party on October 24, 2009 after the federal election . In the state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 2012 , he ran as a direct candidate in his constituency of Kiel-Ost (10.0% first votes) and ranked 10th on the state list, but did not get a seat in the state parliament. October 2012 to May 2017 member of the Schleswig-Holstein State Planning Council. Schulze was elected on March 16, 2013 at the state party conference of the Pirate Party Schleswig-Holstein at number one on the state list for the 2013 federal election. Resigned from the party in October 2017.
