The Hörnerkirchen office borders in the north, east and west on the Steinburg district and in the south on the Rantzau and Elmshorn-Land offices .

history

The office was formed on October 1, 1889. Since January 1, 2008, the Hörnerkirchen office has formed an administrative partnership with the city of Barmstedt , and the office has been relocated to Barmstedt. A citizens' office continues to be operated in the Amtshaus in Brande-Hörnerkirchen.
