Arnoldsweilerweg (Düren)

The Arnoldsweilerweg in the district town of Düren ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) is an inner-city street . It leads from Schoellerstraße as an extension of Eisenbahnstraße out of town to Arnoldsweiler . The Arnoldsweilerweg is classified as Kreisstraße 2.

history

On October 27, 1949, the city council decided to rename the street behind the Arnoldsweilerbrücke, a railway bridge, to Arnoldsweilerweg. It used to be a section of Arnoldsweilerstrasse . At the confluence with Schoellerstraße, the listed Arnoldsweilerweg crossroads stood on a traffic island , which was restored in 2012 and moved to Arnoldsweilerstraße.
