Overview of the districts of Düren

The list of streets in Düren contains the streets and squares of the city of Düren , North Rhine-Westphalia as well as an explanation of the origin of the name, if known, and an assignment to the respective districts. Due to the local reorganization, some street names had to be changed so that each name only exists once. As far as is known, the old street names have been added to the list.

East Street Düren The east road is part of an important west-east main road. The streets Monschauer Straße , Aachener Straße , Stürtzstraße , Bonner Straße will be continued via Oststraße and will end today at Euskirchener Straße . In the last section, Oststrasse climbs steeply.

Until the 1970s, Oststrasse crossed Euskirchener Strasse and ended at Binsfelder Strasse . This part was renamed Pfalzstrasse .

In the council meeting on June 5, 1888, it was decided to name the old Old Binsfelder Weg or Eschfeldstrasse in Oststrasse. The expansion was only decided in 1903.
