history
The street is named after Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa, Princess of Great Britain and Ireland , wife of Emperor Frederick III, also Queen of Prussia and German Empress.
The expansion of the street running parallel to Eschstrasse began in 1900. The name was given by a council resolution on January 24, 1900.
