Breuer's house

Breuer's house is located in the Gürzenich district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia at Valencienner Strasse 98.

The house was built in the middle of the 18th century.

It is a small, well-preserved inside residential buildings with a restaurant . The house is eaves and has two floors. On the street side, the ground floor consists of quarry stone masonry , the upper floor, in keeping with the historical model, of half-timbering . The east gable is plastered half-timbering, the west gable is brick masonry from the end of the 19th century. The building has a barbed hip roof .

A complete renovation will take place in the first half of 2019.

The building is registered under No. 6/003 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
