Arranmore Ferries
Arranmore Ferries ( Irish Báid Farantóireachta Árainn Mhór ) is a shipping company based in Burtonport in County Donegal in Northern Ireland .
Trips and inventory
The company only offers trips to the island of Árainn Mhór (English Arranmore ), and there is also a cooperation with Inishfree Charters and Bonners Bed & Breakfast . Two ferries are currently in operation: the M / V Rhum and the M / V Coll . Both ferries are painted in a distinctive wine red. During the 15-minute drive, you will pass a few small islands, such as Rutland Island (Inis Mhic an Doirn) or Inishcoo (Inis Cu). The two small ferries are approved for 96 passengers and vehicles of all sizes. According to the owner, they also have modern safety equipment. Diving and fishing trips are also available on request.
