The Arrow Award (English: Arrow Award ) is one of the International Health Economics Association ausgelobte award, with the annual authors for an outstanding publication on a topic of health economics will be honored in the year preceding the award.

The Arrow Prize is awarded in honor of Kenneth Arrow and his 1963 essay "Uncertainty and the welfare economics of medical care", who had a significant influence on the development of the topic. Arrow helped develop the award and in 1993 presented the first award to Richard Hirth .
The award is presented at the biennial congress of the International Health Economics Association, and in the intervening years at the annual meeting of the American Economic Association .
