The Arroyo de Pintos is a small river in southern Uruguay .
It has its source in the Colonia department northwest of Santa Ana and El Ensueyo . From there it flows in a southerly direction to its mouth a few kilometers west of El Ensueyo as a left tributary into the Río de la Plata .
