Arthur Brasgalla
Arthur Otto Paul Brasgalla (born June 19, 1903 - February 1989 in Passau ) was an American military man.
Life
Brasgalla was a sergeant in the US Army . From 1948 to 1959 he was local commander of the US troops in Passau. He gained high esteem among the population as a helper in emergencies, for example during the floods in 1954 and supply shortages. After retiring from active military service, he stayed in Passau, where he died in February 1989.
