Arthur Celeste
Arthur F. Celeste (born December 14, 1962 in Bolinao , Pangasinan Province , Philippines ) is a Filipino politician .
biography
Celeste, who is a businessman by profession , has been a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines (Kapulungán ng mgá Kinatawán ng Pilipinas or Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso) since 2001 . In this he represents the constituency I (1st District) of the Pangasinan Province.
In the current 14th Congress he is chairman of the Committee on National Defense and Security. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Committees on agrarian reform and for the growth of Northern Luzon (North Luzon Growth Quadrangle). He is also the representative of the majority member of the Committees for Dangerous Drugs, Information and Communication Technology, Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Diplomacy, Public Information, Public Works and Highways, and Transport.
