Arthur Hamilton (badminton)
Arthur Hamilton (born January 29, 1905 ) was an Irish badminton player . Blayney Hamilton was his father. His brothers Willoughby and Blayney and also his sister Mavis were also major badminton players in Ireland in the period between the world wars.
Career
Arthur Hamilton won two titles at the Scottish Open in 1930 and 1932. In 1931 he won the Welsh International, a year later he was successful in all three possible disciplines in the national Irish championships . In 1933 he won there again in the men's singles.
