Arthur Keaveney
Arthur Keaveney ( July 8, 1951 - June 23, 2020 ) was an Irish ancient historian .
Keaveney was a lecturer in Ancient History at the University of Kent . According to Herbert Heftner , his Sulla biography, published in its second edition in 2005, is one of the works "to which we owe significant advances in knowledge in the area of Roman history around the turn of the 2nd to the 1st century BC." His Lucullus biography was translated into Polish translated.
