Arthur Klemt (inventor, 1951)
Arthur Klemt (* 1951 in Munich ) is a German inventor . He is the son of the inventor Arthur Klemt (1913–1985).
In the early 1980s - at a time when there were only small glass louvre windows - he invented the first large-area louvred facade , which gave architecture new possibilities. In 1992 at the world exhibition Expo 92 the entire Austrian pavilion was equipped with over 3000 m² of glass slats according to his invention.
