Arthur Qwak
Arthur Qwak (* 25. December 1961 as François Hemmen ) is a French comic book artist and director of animated serials.
His fantasy comic series Le Soleil des Loups (Eng: The Law of the Wolves ) was published in the late 1980s. From the mid-1990s he worked for television and was active as a storyboard artist for the cartoon series The Neverending Story and as a director for the series Orson & Olivia , Malo Korrigan and Dragon Hunters - Die Drachenjäger .
