Arve Ilkka Kinnari (born September 13, 1943 in Gromovo ) is a former Finnish biathlete .
Arve Kinnari reached the peak of his career when he took part in the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble , where he finished fifth in the relay race alongside Juhani Suutarinen , Heikki Flöjt and Kalevi Vähäkylä as well as in the individual. With two mistakes, each in the second prone and standing position, and the eighth best running time, he missed a medal in the individual by about one minute and twenty seconds.
