Akhmed Sachratulaevič Asimov ( Russian Ахмед Сахратулаевич Азимов , scientific transliteration Akhmed Sachratulaevič Asimov; born June 17, 1977 in Makhachkala ) is chairman of the Moscow department of the all-Russian social affairs of the “Russian Congress of the Peoples of the Russian Congress of the Peoples of the Caucasus” at the Moscow City Government, Coordinator of the Expert Council at the Council of the Mufti of Russia and Orientalist .

biography

In 1995 he began studying at the Department of Oriental Studies at the History Faculty of Dagestan State University . From 1998 he continued his studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the St. Petersburg State University . In 1999, after receiving his bachelor's degree, he continued his studies at the same university and graduated in 2000 with honors and a master’s degree in oriental and African studies. From 2000 to 2003 he did his doctorate at the same faculty.

In 2000 AS Asimov was elected head of the international non-governmental organization (NGO) "Union of Dagestani Youth in St. Petersburg". In 2002 he was elected President of the NGO “Heritage Center for Culture and Education” and in 2003 he was elected first Deputy Chairman of the Union of Islamic Journalists of Russia. Since 2003 he has been an advisor to the Chairman of the Council of the Mufti of Russia, Mufti Sheikh Rawil Gajnutdin. From 2004 to 2007 he was general director of OOO “Global-Kapital-Kompanija” .

In 2005 he received a diploma with honors for professional retraining in the field of "creative and innovative management" from Moscow State University. Since 2007 he has been the deputy chairman of the steering committee of the All-Russian social movement "Russian Congress of the Peoples of the Caucasus" (RKVK). From 2008 to 2009 he was the author and presenter of the discussion program "Caucasian Time" on the radio station "Russian News Service" (107.0 FM) active. Asimov has been chairman of the Moscow RKVK department since 2008. From 2008 to 2010 he was also chairman of the management committee of the RKVK. He has been a member of the Social Council under the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow City since 2008, Deputy Chairman of the Nationality Council under the Moscow City Government, Deputy Chairman of the Social Council under the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow since 2010 and since 2011 Coordinator of the Expert Council at the Council of the Mufti of Russia.

Asimov has lived in Moscow since 2001. He is married and has three children.

Act

Asimov regularly takes part in meetings of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RF Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov with the representatives of the Russian NGOs working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on international issues. He initiated the creation of a social operational staff, the work of which has been assessed as effective several times by the city government and the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow. Azimov took part in the development and implementation of the project "Union of Student Landscapes".
