The Asquith Bluff is a wedge-shaped rock cliff in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises on the west side of the Lennox King Glacier and about 6 km southeast of Mount Allen Young .

The cliff was discovered by participants in the Nimrod expedition (1907-1909) led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton . It is named after the then incumbent British Prime Minister Herbert Henry Asquith (1852–1928).
