Attaque 77 is an Argentinian rock band from Buenos Aires with musical influences from punk , reggae and ska . Attaque 77 was founded in 1987 and, along with the Babasonicos, is one of the most successful Argentine rock bands of the 1990s. With her aggressive rock music and political and socially critical lyrics, Attaque 77 moved back into the focus of national and international media , especially during the Argentina crisis . At this time they gave numerous solidarity concerts or spontaneously played at demonstrations, which made their popularity among young Argentines continue to increase.

The most famous songs include "El cielo puede esperar" or "Hacelo por mí". The live album "Trapos" (BMG Ariola Argentina SA / Übersee Records ) released in 2001 contains their greatest hits in the band's more than ten-year history.
