The residential building on Damm 14 is in the Wickrathberg district of the city of Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ). It was built in 1913. The house was entered under no. A 017 on October 14, 1986 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

Villa-like single-family house in Wickrathberg as a two-storey rectangular building with a hipped roof facing the eaves, ground floor clad in brick, on a high protruding basement plinth, smoothly cut rectangular windows, upper floor slated ( half-timbered construction ) with curved wooden window frames. Strong wooden box cornice with block frieze . Symmetrical street front, three-axis, with single-storey corner luminaires on a polygonal floor plan (partition posts and lintel beams plastered), in the middle a flat entrance porch with a pair of pillars (plaster) and balcony exit , the upstream staircase bordered on the sides by wall cheeks. Segment-shaped window dormer in the center of the roof area Side fronts with irregular windows, rear front with four axes, upper floor windows combined in pairs, single windows offset on the right on the ground floor.
The garden plot is demarcated from the street by a low retaining wall and a hedge , the entrance in the front door axis is marked by flat, semi-circular flank walls.
