The building Augsburger Straße 12 in Günzburg , a town in the Swabian district of Günzburg , was erected in front of the city ​​moat at the end of the 18th century . The house is a protected monument .

Between the two world wars, the original gable and the plaster structure were lost during renovations.

The two-storey, eaves gable roof construction with a storey profile has four to three window axes . The eaves cornice is profiled . The front door in the middle of the long side shows a classicist decor from the end of the 18th century. The wide corridor is covered with Solnhofen tiles . The wooden stairs have balusters with ornaments.

The whole house has a basement, the rooms facing the street have barrel vaults .
