It is located in downtown Wolmirstedt on the east side of August-Bebel-Straße. It is registered as a residential building in the local monument register.
Design and history
The two-storey building was erected in the 18th century in half-timbered construction and was part of a farm complex used by arable farmers. The building on the eaves is plastered on the street side. On the garden side, the facade is largely still in its original appearance with a profiled frame . The house is covered by a gable roof .
In the courtyard there is a large two-storey barn , also designed as a half-timbered building . It is covered with a half-hipped roof.
