August Lösch Ring of Honor

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The August Lösch Ring of Honor is an award given by the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz in memory of August Lösch between 1982 and 2000 "to an internationally recognized personality for extraordinary achievements in the field of regional science ". The award took place on the occasion of the August Lösch Days in Heidenheim. These no longer take place, but the August Lösch Prize for regional scientific research, which was originally also awarded on this occasion, will continue to be awarded.
