The Free Democratic Party (FDP) held the federal party congress of the FDP in 1990 from September 29th to 30th, 1990 in Nuremberg . It was the 41st regular federal party conference of the FDP in the Federal Republic of Germany .

Course and resolutions

Only about a month and a half after the unification party convention in Hanover on August 11 and 12, 1990, it was the first “all-German” federal party convention of the FDP, which took place just a few days before the reunification of Germany .

At the party congress, a coalition statement was made in favor of the CDU / CSU parties and the program for the federal election on December 2, 1990 was adopted. In addition, it was decided to advocate a deadline for termination of pregnancy , a legal right to kindergarten places and the deletion of § 175 ( homosexuality ) from the penal code without replacement .
